The Guantanamo Bay prisoners and their detention is probably one of the most legally debated issues in the United States. This was supposed to be based on a decision by US President which allowed US troops to cross the border and attack inside Pakistan without asking permission from Pakistani [...] At the border with Afghanistan actually.
